Sealed bidding proposals bay be mailed to the Jefferson Township Trustees at 7088 Middletown Road, Galion, Ohio 44833 before July 25, 2022, or may be delivered to the Jefferson Township Hall, 2119 State Route 598, Galion, Ohio 44833 at 7:00 P.M. local time, Monday July 25, 2022, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read for the Resurfacing of Middletown Road (TR 77) in Jefferson Township, Crawford County, Ohio as per specifications of Contract No. 1-2022 Stimulus.
The work for which proposals are invited will consist of item 254 pavement planning and item 441 asphalt concrete roadway resurfacing.
Date set for completion: September 30, 2022
Contract documents may be obtained by request to the Jefferson Township Trustees at 419-566-0554 or www.crawfordcountyengineer.com.
All proposals shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid or a bond for the full amount of the bid, payable to Jefferson Township in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Minimum wage rates for this project have been predetermined, as required by law. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, or to accept any proposal that is deemed most favorable to Jefferson Township.
