The Jefferson Township Board of Trustees, Crawford County, Ohio will hold a public hearing at the Trustee meeting on February 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Jefferson Township Hall at 2119 State Route 598, Galion, Ohio, in order to consider the recommendation of denial from the Jefferson Township Zoning Commission proposed map amendment to the Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution for the property located at 6656 Windfall Road and owned by Daniel L Barnhill/Sweetwater Investments LLC. The proposed map amendment would, if adopted, approve a map amendment to parcel 25-00-05489-001, to be changed from A-1/R-1 Agricultural/Residential to I-1 Industrial.
The rezoning application is posted on the door and available at any time for examination at the Jefferson Township Hall at 2119 State Route 598, Galion, Ohio.
