Notice of Public Hearing for Zoning Resolution

The Jefferson Township Zoning Commission, Crawford County, Ohio will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Jefferson Township Hall at 2119 State Route 598, Galion, Ohio, in order to consider a proposed map amendment to the Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution for the properties located at 5465 Lincoln Highway, Crestline, Ohio and owned by Shallow Creek Asset Development LLC. The proposed map amendment would, if adopted, approve a map amendment to parcels 25-00-05544-000 and 25-00-05545-000, to be changed from B-1, Business and A-1, Agricultural (respectively), to I-1, Industrial.

The rezoning application is posted on the door and available at any time for examination at the Jefferson Township Hall at 2119 State Route 598, Galion, Ohio. The person responsible for giving notice of the public hearing by publication is Michael Swick, Zoning Inspector.
